Advanced Coating Improver & Wetting Agent for Cold Mix Bitumen Emulsions
SYVONIX® CoatX is a surfactant-based coating improver and wetting promoter designed for cold mix bitumen emulsions. By lowering interfacial tension, it supports broad aggregate surface coverage and bitumen-film adhesion, including under damp or challenging aggregate conditions.

Application dosage
0.2%–0.6% by weight of total bitumen emulsion (2–6 kg per metric tonne). Add directly into the soap-water solution before milling, or post-add to the finished emulsion batch with moderate agitation.
