Cationic Emulsifier for Rapid-Setting Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1 / RS-2)
SYVONIX® SpeedX 80 is a high-reactivity cationic emulsifier formulated for rapid-setting bitumen emulsions. It is designed for fast destabilization and demulsification on contact with road aggregates, supporting early adhesion, rapid traffic return and resistance to rain wash-off.

Application dosage
0.2%–0.5% by weight of total emulsion. For soap-water preparation, dissolve in water heated to 45–55°C and adjust batch-water pH to 2.0–2.5 using hydrochloric acid (HCl).
